The character of the wine

This elegant Viennese Gemischter Satz comes from the cool single vineyard Ried Kaaasgraben, which faces northeast and offers a beautiful view of the Kaasgrabenkirche church. The high proportion of sandstone and shell limestone give it a lot of individuality and ageing potential.
