General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the online trade in wine in Austria

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as “customers”) via the online store of Bio Weingut Zahel GmbH.

All business relations between Bio Weingut Zahel GmbH and the customer shall be governed exclusively by these GTC in the version valid at the time of the order.

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
